For Death and Glory . . .

These are the books Susan and I need to collectively finish reading by the end of the semester.

That's in . . . five days.

books stack huge
Pity Susan.
Mine is the little pile in the middle.

Then, just for fun and chuckles, we added our roommate's books.

This is what doom looks like.

Wish us luck. Or magical speed reading abilities. Or time-turners. Whichever you prefer.

  1. Wow. I feel guilty leaving a comment, like you have time to be reading this! So I'll make it quick: I've awarded you both a "Wonderful Team Member Readership Award" as a thank you for dropping in on my blog and commenting from time to time. You can find the details on my blog article for today (4/26). But you don't have to go there today--or this week! It can wait. Really.

Now, back to reading. And all the very best to you. :)

  3. Oh. My. Goodness. I feel so bad for you ladies. :( It's been awhile since I had required reading breathing down my neck, but I remember how anxious it used to make me feel. You can do it! And think how relieved you'll feel when it's all over and done with. :)

  4. Okay, that's horrifying. I have mush brain just looking at it. Not sure if you'll even see this comment, since you're probably buried in the pages of a textbook right now, but I'll wish you luck in finishing anyway!

  7. There were times in college when my roommates couldn't use the living room because I took it over with my piles of books and index cards for paper writing. I feel your pain!
